the hutt helmet looks like something out of halo

Are they craftable, or are they theme park rewards, or...?

These most likely wont be anything that you'll see in game that's useable by players (or even NPC's) for a long while.
What we have here are simply the models used by the new taunt system seen in space. Whenever an NPC ship sends a taunt to you (You're good, but I'm better!, etc) it shows a small box in the upper left corner of the screen with both the text message of the taunt as well as a model of the pilots head talking to you. You can tell that this is what these new helmet models are used for by noticing the low detail appearnace of them. Since these visual taunts are something that most people only glance at (and are only on the screen for a few seconds) the devs can get away with saving some performance by using low detail models and texturesfor some of the objects without anyone noticing.
Of course I could be wrong, but this is most likely what these new helmets are for.
Edit: In fact, I even specifically remember seeing some of the TIE Bomber pilots in space wearing the unique creme and black TIE Pilot Helmet in the little taunt box. The taunt box is the only place I've ever seen that helmet.

Flash speeder is pre-order reward, though many people are still wondering if they will actually get it.
Imperial pilot helmet is probably faction reward for reaching certain pilot certification level (rebels are out of luck for the moment because only humans and zabraks can wear rebel helmet so they left out for now.)
Imagine hutt helmet is privateer pilot reward also.
Not sure about the blacksun helmet

I can confirm the Flash speeder is going to be in live on wednesday the 27th.

Did they fix this recently? Last time I tried I can't wear the black imp helm on my Sullastan.

like i said not sure on the black sun and hutt helmet, but the cream imp helmet can be worn, saw it the other day and it was cream not black, on a player, not a npc.

Imp pilot helmet you get for completing the 4th Imperial pilot mission (also known as tier 1 mission 4).
