Why is it that everytime an uber spawn gets /bug'ed it gives the spawn even better super powers? I wish just once the bug would have SBD's over spawn with only 2k HAM and malfunctioning weapons.
Why is it that wrong numbers are never busy?

You do know that CSR's don't get bug reports don't you. The bug reports goto the QA people and on to the devs. So really if you have a problem on a live server then you need to contact the CSR's. Very rarely are you ever going to get a response from a Dev on a bug report.
Thats just the nature of things.

Search the Holocron knowledge base and then you are given a Customer Service Ticket option. Use those to get in touch with CSR's

oh i have done that.. i open holocron, click customer service... at the bottom of that there is a bug report button... i have filed them every day, and gotten a csr ticket number.. so what? they aint responding to those either...
and... if you look under known issues, the bug is listed there as a known issue.. and STILL cant get it resolved.. been three days since i filed first csr ticket.. and NOTHING...
what else is there? wait until they are back from holiday vacation to fix it? no.. i will not.. this is probably the last straw with soe..
it should not take a week to fix this... period...

This exact problem happend about a week b4 it went live from TC onto live, and oviously they didnt fix it, if you have killed him once at the location, then that should be it, if i were you id travel to each one, when you have found which one he is at then simply delete all the others.
But i killed him 3 times in all on TC and it didnt work, lets just hope they fixed it slightly on live......

CSRs are available most of the time (supposedly 24/7, though fewer are around in some timeframes for obvious reasons).
Developers work office hours.
Chances are no devs got a ring on the Batphone and left their warm cozy homes to head to the office, despite the fact that they probably already put in 50-60 hours this past week, to fix your specific bug.
They have lists of them. Some much more important than others.
I suggest you stop the temper tantrum and put away your toys, maybe try another game for a while if you're that steamed about it. I hear that there is a HelloKittyOnline game. Might be right up your alley.
Check back in a week or two and maybe the bug will be hotfixed - if that one specific thing is such a gamebreaker for you.
Though there are other things to do (at least there are hints of it) in SWG than pursue Jedi. Not sure that I''ve seen them myself, but I'm certain that I've heard rumours of people having a good time doing something other than grinding with a Mattel(tm) Glowstick.

hey u know what?... I dont really care what your ideas for me are... i worked ahrd at this game to achieve this particular goal... errors on THEIR end are preventing me from moving forward...
I have EVERY right to complain about it..customer service means fixing customers problems... i feel some are more serious than others... THIS error is serious, and prevents me from moving forward.
and... they are very very bad about telling you HOW to submit these types of problems...
again, thanks for your advice, but since it has nothing to do with my problem, i will ignore it

From reading your frist and second post YOU ARE REPORTING IT IN THE WRONG PLACE. You need to open a csr ticket not a bug report. Both times you reported it, you reported it as a bug. CSR ticket

From the end user agreement...
11. WE DO NOT ENSURE CONTINUOUS, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR VIRUS-FREE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE, THE GAME, YOUR ACCOUNT OR CONTINUED OPERATION OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY GIVEN SERVER.
The other poster had it right - maybe you could find something else to do in the meantime? Other things are bugged too, and they're trying to fix them also. Should they drop everything just for you? How childish would that be. They'll fix things when they can.
Sorry to say, but you are no more 'worthy' of a bugfix than any other player. Jedi or not.

Give the guy a break. I would be upset if I had worked hard and then get a slap in the face by a bugged quest. Especially if you take the time to get a good group together which is needed. I find it extremely rediculous that there are ANY bugs in a commercial game of this nature that has been out this long.
To be constructive, I may have heard of other people who had the same problem but found a workaround (like going to the waypoint, then leaving and coming back after going away 1000m or something.) Try searching the forums, particularly the force sensitive profession one.
