Thread: Proportional Credit, where's the announcement JustG ?

Also, your flame misses the point here. You can say Im whining, etc but Im not here to debate opinions on how much credit I should get. I simply want to know the conversion system and how it works like JustG promised us. He clearly stated an announcement would be made regarding this, less than 3 hours to go and silence... pathetic

I'm not surprised there hasn't been an announcement,they wouldn't want to basically give away the old unlocking prosess and admit that they upped the silent profession count after they saw it was getting out of hand.

I think this should be taken as a lesson for power-gamers. Play a GAME for fun, and in a way that gives you entertainment, not just to find the win button.

I'd be very suprised if it was released 3 hours from now. It will (more than likely) be released today, but not in that timeframe.
I have a feeling there will be an announcement before then, or maybe in the patch notes. But for now, let the man sleep.

Heck, the server status page is still warning us about the servers coming down for the patch on June 29th. Go figure.

On a side not, I think the sooner I quit the game. The sooner I will quit smoking. Can't decide which is more addictice since I only do either at the same time.

You do realize that your statment is way out in left field dont you?
It was the powergamers who were rewarded with unlocks early on while the casual gamers were left out in the cold.Its like they are slapping the casual players in the face.People took their time to do professions and have fun not realizing the Devs were gonna make it so hard to unlock that only the powergamers would be rewarded.A small minority of powergamers missed the boat but a majority of casual players had it pulled out from under them leaving them with a sinking feeling.

Still says June 29th's patch... servers are all down now, one can only wonder now since there is no announcement whatsoever. You'd think that the "patch team" would all be hot and rarin' to go, the serverdown was 10 minutes late.

what are you talking about? for 9 months this game has done nothing but reward the best p0w3rg4m3rs - look at all the jedi knights running around now.

Now Live and still no word and for some reason stupid old man isnt showing up outside of town like before. Sigh, Im used t this shoddy treatment from SOE but for God's sake they purposely make a post telling us to expect an announcement. I prefer the old way where I get screwed in the dark, at least I never see how ugly she is.
