I heard somehwere though that if the smuggler has an inspiration buff they lose 10% when they delegate

The multiplier for a Colonel is 1.18, so you would still lose 8 points per hundred with the 10% bonus.

when buying FP with a insperation buff you get an extra 10% then when you delagte them you lose that 10% ( bug) and if the player recving them has a buff they get an extra 10%

Then why cant some guy and his 10 alts(one beign a dancer) and then he applies a 10min to the alt and he gives them 120k and then he uses his other alt to do the same and then when hes back at alt #1 the 20min have expired and he starts it up again. 12k fp each time
