Ok so for the last 3 days the swoop track in Keren on Bloodfin has been at 112.0 by the same person. Now the badge says its a daily race so why doesn't it reset each time? I'm guessing the guy isn't comeing back everyday and gets a 112 to screw everyone, anyone have any ideas?

I think there might be a default system time that is loaded daily. Yesterday there was a post how if you go to the Tatooine racetrack, the winner by default is some guy from Episode 1.

the very 1st race of the day, the default time, is by some "npc" that they say won the race. someone posted yesterday that the guy on tatooine is the guy from the pod race that stalls out at the beginning of the race. the daily time thing is bugged thou, if you go right after server restart or something you can get the best time for the previous day for some reason, unless that was fixed.

Your guess would be wrong then.
It's some looser with nothing beter to do than try and ruin everyone else's good time. Most tracks on all servers have the same problem. The only way to get around it, sadly, is to be their at server load, and be one of the first to race the track.
They should change it so once you receive the badge forsaid track your time no longer effects the track time for others, This would force the no life loosers to move along.
Like I said get up early or stay up late what ever the case may be for your time zone, and be the first at the track.

The default time for Keren is in the 500+ range, soo...
It seems to me like this guy IS coming by and screwing everyone over. Either that or it's bugged. Send a ticket?

Darn didn't want to hear that the guy is doing it on purpose so I'll send a ticket maybe it is broke. I'll try and get up crazy early tomarrow and get on at the load time. Thanks for the help! I would like to get the badges on my swoop I can get 117 but thats pushing it he must have used a AV21.

Sorry bro butits most likely true, had the same problom on our server.
Same name same time for a few days. I finally loged on at server load, set the time and got the badge
, and saw the a$$ as I was leaving the track. I asked him why he was doing it and he said because he likes to grief. Well that really pi$$ed me off. So him being a covert rebel and me an Overt Imperial, I dropped a covert scanner on him. I then wounded his health to black on a tripple incap, an asked him how he liked being griefed.
I know a bit extreme, but extreme a$$'s call for extreme action.
Btw never saw him at that track again.

Hehe, yeah, a jedi with the FS vehicle handling line could really make it impossible for others to get these badges.

Ahem. Bad griefer. Bad. You shouldn't grief griefers, you should report them.
(But yeah. That's funny. Sooooo very funny.)
