Thread: Secrets of Syren Part III

I really been liking this quest and I hope SOE keeps this coming. Ok moving right along, do I have to kill all these blackscales or can I run in. Loot something and run back out?


Also what do you get for Part 3 if anyone knows.

Supposedly, if you pay attention to the dialogue with one of the NPCs, there's supposed to be a side quest that will give you a 2nd reward. I've heard that it's a weapon, something like a pistol or a rifle.

I ran in with a bunch of others players (not grouped or anything). They distracted the baddies, long enough for me to run downstairs into the back room, and use the control panel on the wall. This generated a wookie who followed me outside when I ran out. As soon as you talk to the wookie, a real bad baddie will spawn. Again, being around so many other players, they ended up firing on and killing him for me! I'm a master crafter, sorunning awayis my only option.


Then you simply move away from the house, with the wookie in tow, until all is clear... then move back to the entrance and talk to him again. (he moves real slow)


Then went back to Cantina and spoke to mission giver. And that's it. He gave me 1000 faction... and nothing else. Not even a clue as to whether the mission was over or not. I am assuming it is, but again, no clear sign from the author of this part.

I looted a trando rifle barrel off the the boss mob that spawns and had it turned into a gun really sweet gun cl 54 no cers and cool looking.

Depends on your faction. I know the Rebel version of the quest starts in the Tyrena Cantina on Corellia. There's a Rebel officer in there who starts the whole thing (or just Part III if that's what you need) for you.

I know this thread refers to Act III but I have just started this as a Rebel in the Tyrena cantina... Unfortunately I have probably missed some information but I was asked to deliver a spice sample to a doctor but there seems to be no indication where he is found.


Could someone help possibly? Thanks!

Hmmm - I was wondering about this.


I looted a trans laser rifle off the boss mob. If this part of a second reward, where do I go with this rifle?

Maybe a weaponsmith? I have one too - i was gonna go find a WS to make one for me.
