Force Sensitive Archive

You are supposed to use a Reclusive Analyzer to get a schematic to make the replacement parts, but it tells me I have to move closer and can't see it. I don't understand why we can't "use" anything in the game now from this item to the cloning machine even. I can't even use it when I type /use, I get message that I don't have a doctor bag on me. Anyone else get this issue at all?
