Thread: Phase IV question, bug?

I completed the Phase IV quest for reflexes melee defense. It is completed in my quest journal.
Captain Sarguillo won't talk to me again, saying that I am busy with another task. I can convert xp to FS xp, and I picked up all the novice level boxes.
I have plenty of skillpoints free, and enough xp, but the trainer will not train me in my unlocked line.
On these forums, it seems that there is some bug associated with this, but I couldn't find a whole lot of info on a way to fix it.
Anyone know if there is a workaround to this?

Send a ticket in quick under Mission:Rewards. After the phase shifts the CSRs won't do anything for you.

I had the same problem and submitted a ticket and the issue was resolved for me by a CSR.
