Hey guys i unlocked ranged accuracy from phase 1 and its now phase 2 on my server and i only finished the first skill of ranged accuracy can i continue it whenever i feel like it since i did the quest and unlocked that column?

Yep! Make sure to do the quests as the phases change, or you have to wait 15 weeks to do them again.But you can fill in the XP at your convenience.

Is there a way to know which quests i did so i know which rows i unlocked dont remember i havent played in about 6-7 months?

Talk to Paemos or whatever and ask something like "What aspects of the force am I ready to learn?" or something
