People's Soldier Trial.
"Put feelings aside when aiding someone they may not find appealing"
Turned up to the WP and Torin deswaped, went to a force shrine and reset the mission. Went to new planet and WP guess what ....not there 
This is really annoying, I don't want to reset a third thim, it not work, then have to reset entire trials. I've sent a ticket in under Mission / InteractiveNpc and am awaiting contact from a CSR, been waiting5 hours so far anyone know how long this could take?
I just wanna unlock my second account and start grinding him up... got items ready and waiting for him /cry.
I know that no one can really do anything in this forums, just wanted to rant about it

it's always been like this. I had to do some of the missions two or three times. More were like this than not.

I had to reset one of mine at least 4 times.

as long as you reset it at the shrine you will not have to restart the trials, you only have to do that if you fail 3 times, not restart

luckily i only had to redo 3 trials, only once..but yea this is common stuff...just keep rolling till u get it right...i noticed that my missions really only bugged when they were placed in highly populated cities at peak times...so try playing off hours...i dunno

The Musician Padawan Trial appears to be bugged I have tried it several times resetting with many different Shrines. The guy Mark Vahn never appears where Grizzlo tells you to go in Mos Eisley. I am playing on Radiant Server does anybody know the Waypoint of the guy on Lok that you are supposed to get the ring from. I have written multiple /bugs on this but have not gotten any feedback yet.

I do not know the waypoint exactly. I believehe is in one of the first threesiderooms to the right as you walk in through the main door.
If you have his name though, head into the Lok Cantina and do a /target <name> and you'll be led to him. That is how I have found him - and quite a few other NPC's for the trials.

i jsut did the trials yesterday. he is inside the cantina. try typing "/target <target first name>" at the wp. he is inside the cantina

Thanks Guys problem solvedfor all the info I was able to complete the trials last night with your help. I didn't know about the /target command.
