I just got the quest for vehicle control and i cant fnid the becon hes telling me to go to to collect teh supplies where is it? the becon that is i dont see it

Yes but not from every planet. I think you need to go to Correlia first and then you should be able to get a ship to Endor.

I run this quest without JTL back in november. I payed some 120k only in tickets Dath-Corellina-Endor.
Next ph2 I'll use JTL with my alt

The ship is usually within 200m of the beacon, so just use ur overhead map (ctrl-m) and drive around in circles till you see it, some structure with some red dots that aren't supposed to be there

And dont forget its easier now, just drive around the ship with your inventory open, the box will pop into your inventory and take off, dont bother fighting the sith. And dont get incapped... you lose the box.

You don't even need to have your inventory open. Just drive right through the middle of the ship once you see it on your overhead map and don't stop. You will pick up the crate of supplies you are looking for and your quest journal will be updated. If you want to fight the siths you can, but it's not necessary to complete the mission. In fact, if you head for the ship once you see it on your overhead, you may be able to complete the mission before the siths even spawn.
