I have the FS exp bankedand wondered what profession is required to take this quest, i know its not for another 2 phases bt the guide/sticky at the top doesnt saty what prof is needed to take the quest

It's a Phase IV quest, the only requirement is Novice Medic. Also I'm fairly certain Injury Treatment mods are now dead, so it's doubtful this branch will help you're healing ability.

Yeah i know its borked but i managed to bank 1.3mil Senses exp while the first double exp was on so i cant be bothered to grind anymore until i unlock this char. i need 2 more unlocks and my next is ranged defence, that only leaves the the healing branch
