Well since the old sticky on phases isnt being updated anymore, Does anyone know when the next phase (3) will shift? I think it is the 12th for Bria? Anyone else pretty sure when it will shift?

well in the uk it was mid day on the 20th when it shifted, and as far as i know it has only been down for the regular updates and resets, so im expecting it to be monday-wednesday next week, i hope it is cos i am going away for a week on the saturday and i want to make sure i start the crafting mission before i go.

If the 12th marks the 21th day after phase 2 started, look for the server restart on or after that day, that's when the phase will change.

i did the reflexis quest for phase two yesterday.so it should change the 12th?

It will change on, or after the 12th. There is no way to tell for sure. The phase changes on first server reset after 21 days of phase 2.
