Yes, all you need to do is heal players. Best wayis to join a group that is attacking the sith raiding parties. I takes time, best is to try and get master medic.

Do you have to heal them all the way full or just apply a heal? Black bars? White Bars? Sorry for the questions. MM is out of hte question

Nope. Just hit the player with a stimpack and move on to the next.
