Still haven't figured out that "read" the stickies to figure out when the phase is supposed to change, eh?
Until Feb 4 at least.......

that was my thoughts, but have seen several people mention that they think it might tick today because of the reset.

It wouldn't tick because of a reset unless the time had come to tick.

You know something, I am down right tired of the "read the stickies" elitist club, that is just down right crap, go be a jerk in someone else's thread. Well, if you read my post, you'd see I did answer the question.
And he obviously came to the forums to post that message, it would have been quite simple to note the top of the board and see what day it would tick.
The phase change is always triggered by a reset, and always after 3 weeks of tick time. Why one would believe that this would magically change due to this update is just silly.

well, actually, had you explained yourself in your original post, then people might not of said "read the stickies" to you.
Your original post was completely devoid of any information of "what you'd heard/read" in other posts about how they thought it might tick on the reset.
All you, in fact, asked, was if it ticked to phase 4 like everyone was expecting, which really just made you look somewhat ignorant of the whole way forums work with stickies and read me's that should be looked at before posting.
And i think you'll find that most of the users of this forum weren't expecting this at all. More likely, you read and took to heart what possibly a few minority posters decided was the right thing and would happen.
So really, i think you owe nikko and apology on your insulting post towards him/her. But then, i wouldn't expect to see one, since most of the posters here lack any kind of manners or respect of other posters or people.

Calm down m8, the answer is that we are not in Phase 4 as the timer for the phase change hasnt finished, the reset will only load patch 12.1, we still have just over a week til the phases start to change on each server, then if theres a reset theres a good chance phase 4 will start. Better?
