ok well i just got fs unlocked and i have enough xp for one box y cant i train do i have to do missions? and how many do i have to do

you have to do a quest for each and every branch of all the FS skill trees to unlock it before you can train it. See the guide that is above for more details. It is very well written and basically covers everything you need to know.
