When I talk Ezolin or whatever his name is he says something abouta rumor that I am working for someone else. I can't start his quest because of thisyet I am not working for someone else. How can I start his quest?

Sounds like you already accepted or completed a quest for this phase. Only one quest is allowed per phase whether you complete it or not. Check out your quest log and see if you are in the middle of one. You might have accepted one by clicking on the wrong conversation link and not even know it.
