I submitted a bug report, but have not heard from anyone yet, this was 4 days ago. not even an email.
my question is, who do i contact about this?
7 months ago, i left the game. but before i did i completed the village phase 2 quest where you had to go out and kill 3 bases a day. and a pain in the butt it was. i completed it, got the melee upgrade. but when i returned 6 months later,, the lathe was gone, and so was my credit. this irritates me, not only because i have to wait another 3 weeks to replace it, but that mission was well, irking me.

First off, submitting a bug won't fix ANYTHING. You will never hear back from those. You need to file a ticket for a CSR to fix it. Check your quest journal and see if it still shows it as being completed. If so, there's hope, if not then I would think you would have to repeat it.
You say you lost the reward item? Sound like there was a server rollback right after you completed that mission or something weird. I finished a quest before but didn't unlock. Thankfully it was in my journal and they were able to fix it.

thanks. no nothing in my journal. but i didn't think anything of it, till paeda or whatever his name was told me i only had two unlocked branches.. the second being the one i just completed.
i guess it is possible for the rollback,, i hadn't thought of that.
how do i send a ticket in? only options i saw were harrassment and bug reports.

If there is nothing in your journal, a CSR is not going to do anything about it because they have no proof you completed the quest. It's way too late to do anything about it now. If there was a rollback then you havn't completed the quest. Your journal says you haven't andit is the final word on the matter. Don't waste your time opening a ticket, deal with it and move on.

That is where we differ in thought. It cannot hurt to try. I feel my integrity may play an important role, and i completely understand the whole proof thing, andIfeel that may help. i did complete the quest, and i am sorry that it was so long, but it is no fault on my own.
If they can help me, that is great, if not, well I tried.
I didn't ask for your opinions on whether or not they could help me. there is help on varying degrees. I just asked for the tools needed to accomplish the task, not that you think i cant do this.
How do you contact a CSR please?

To contact a CSR you need to open a ticket and they have hidden the process pretty well to discourage it's use. As best as I remember it's buried in the section in the holocronthat deals with FAQs. If you select "I want to report abug" you go to the /bug screen and you'll get no response. If you go to the FAQ page there is a button on the bottom that says something like "Forget this, just let me report the problem" and you'll get the realscreen to submit a problem that someone will respond to. Sorrythat I'm so vague about this, but I'm not at home right now.I had to do this a few weeks again and it wasn't the most obvious of processes. They tend to steer you to the worthless /bug screen instead of the "real live person will actuall read this" screen. Maybe someoen else will fill in the blanks.
