Thread: If I unlock a tree during Phase IV, can I complete it in Phase III and then start another?

I'm hoping Melee Defense before the change to Phase III - however, if I am unable to finish grinding out the tree between now and the Phase III change can I still complete the grind out in Phase III and then start on unlocking a Phase III tree?

Once you unlock the tree you can train in it whenever you want, even after you train in other trees.
