Force Sensitive Archive

I've tried looking everywhere for the answer to this question:

If I have 120 pts in Weaponsmith Experimentation, makingme a +12 weaponsmith,and then get the 20 pts in FS crafting, will it make me a +14 weaponsmith?

The answer should seem obvious but I would hate to do all that grinding just to find out it doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.
