Thread: Phase 1 Whips quest Need help!!

Hi there,
I have logged a CSR ticket for this issue but I thought maybe someone could help. Phase 1 started today on farstar, the last branch i need opening is Whips "rescue the villagers" quest that opens the survival branch. I did 4 of the 5 missions for him. On the last one I defeated the sith but then was logged out of the game. When I logged back in the WP had disapeared from my datapad and I could not complete. The quest is still open in my journal but I cant complete it... Will the mission reset automatically or will the CSR's need to do something? This is really frustrating for me as this is the last FS branch i need to open. *cries*

only thing i can think of is to go to whip and try and start the quest again. i am doing the ranged accuracy quest for the captain, so i dont know if whip has a reset option. i know that the patrol quest for the captain has an option where you can restart each patrol

There is no reset option, If I try and talk to him again he just tell's me to hurry up and go find the villagers, (or something along those lines).
Please tell me its possible for CSR's to reset the mission or WP for my char....

CSR's can pretty much do anything ingame
Its a question of whether or not they will.

Why wouldnt they? 
Mind you when I asked a CSR for help on the general chat on the login screen, I was kicked and banned from the room...

if this happens to enough people, the Devs will release a hotfix, it happened to me inwhip's phase 2 quest, but don't hold your breath, it will take them almost the full phase to fix it...

Hi
i was doing this quest at the weekend when i killed a makloc bull and he died on the villager before i had chance to talk to him......i could not get rid of the corpse( loot harvest etc)...whip would not declare the mission a failure so i appeared to be stuffed. I deleted all waypoints relating to the mission,no joy,logged out for 20mins...no joy...thought i was completely stuffed....but when i logged in next day all was fine and i was able to get another rescue mission.....with all previous tasks still credited

All you need to do is to get incapped to get a new wp from whip

Generally, they will blame the problem on you, and since they can't change anything that was your own fault your out of luck.
