What do I have to make to be able to heal the people to do this quest? Do u get some sort of schematic that you make or do you simply make wound heal packs with various % depending on what type of illness the npc's have?

uses the scematic they gave you - you need high quality resources to cure internal bleeding and garbage one for the lowest symptoms
probally need 3 packs per vilagre
