I haven't done any Padawan quests myself, but normally when I've gotten a quest with a WP outside the cantina it means the person I'm looking for is inside.

This sounds like the entertainer trial. When I did that one, I had the same experience you're having, and after resetting the 3rd time, I did what Zethcas mentions. He was inside the cantina. Try using the /target command to see if you can find him if that doesn't work. Last resort is to reset again.

lol, this dude is correct. any time your target is inside the cantina, the wp is always outside the door

yep, if this is the ent. trial, go inside the cantina. He'll be in there waiting for you

I am currently stuck on this padawan trial. I talk to the first guy after the shrine gives me the mission. Then I have to travel to Mos Eisely to talk to my next contact. The waypoint for this guy is right in front of the cantina door entrance. He is never there!! I have reset this mission several times to no avail, this dude just wont spawn. Im not aggroed by anything so thats not the problem. I tried logging and relogging, I tried shuttle hoping, you name it.
Does anyone know what to do short of submitting a ticket which I already have and waiting for every for a responce?

For this quest, the NPC you search is inside the cantina in mos eisely and hes on the right hand side of the bar in the back. Your next visit will be to the lok cantina and the NPC can be found inside one of the side rooms sitting by himself.
