ok i failed the survival quest on the last villager damn it lol

so do i have to wait untill phase one again before i can re-do it

No. LOL. Just go back and talk to Whip. If you screw up, I think you just start over. Easy mistake. I failed my first mission the first time I tried, too. (Phase 1, Capt's mission, I thought you didn't kill any groups of 3 or more, instead of kill 3 or less)
