From what I have read here in the forums it looks like you need to either open a ticket or even better live chat a CSR (dont be rude or mean) and tell them politely what happened and aparently they have the power to unlock it for you.

I'm having the same Problem.

I have all the Requirments SP, XP, quest complete etc but noldan wont train me is this a bug it does not*seem to be effecting others i've asked

im stuck on it too. been stuck for at least 2 weeks now. i sent in 2 tickets on it already with still no fix or reply to them. i check back to the capt. every daily xp trade trip to the villagewith no change in the bug status as of today. ive already got 1.9mil fs xp for the range speed branch thatthe bug wont let unlock. im frustrated as hell

Captain Sarguillos is not letting people start or finish the Village Assault quest during Phase 4 again. He's stating that they are already busy working for someone else (when they are not).

Some one told me CSR tickets arent working thats why where not getting any responses

try looking at other threads and see if someone has gotten around this

hi i have done capt. mission at the village and unlocked the ranged speed row , it say i done with the mission in my crstalbut i cant teach it i have the points to teach the row , been like this for all most 2 weeks. can some one help me i truned in a ticket and no one has help me yet .

Yeah i have the same problem but reversed. I cant Take the Melee defense let alone finish it.

Waiting on my tkt they had asked for some specifics so maybe ill hear back.

how long do we have left in phase 4. with my luck i wont have the time to finishe if they fix me.

Im kinda glad its not just me having problems

Im in the same boat enuff xp enuff skill points, but nobody is able to teach me. Just all be glad that in this time of double xp FS xp is not capped

would be helpfull if i new any csr's any way the ranged speed is my last tree need to grind out and i cant train in it which is really sucky and i want to get my grind over and done with booo hooo hooo

you guys are lucky, i cant even get the damn quest to unlock ranged speed. i go to the guy and he just thanks me for my previous work for him. i soooo need to be able to take this quest but it seems that im right out of luck. ive sent in ticket after ticket and twice ive been told that they have fixed my issue only to travel to the village and still not be able to take the damn quest. Anyone else having this problem?
