Force Sensitive Archive

I went during phase three to do whip's quest where you have to bring back guy but he said that the search and destroy mission guy uummm. Daeglus or w/e needed my help and I had to do a dearch and destroy two even though no one else I know had to do that. I was only lvl 59 at the time so I coulnd't do it. I went back with some friends guring phase four and he was gone so I got to do the assult mission. Now I can't get the melee defense tree to lvl upin and I know that many people can't, but what do I do after pase four?
