How is that done now after the CU? Do I need Master Doc still or Master BE or just Master Medic?

This is correct. This is why:
1. The actual quest requires: Master Medic
2. The meds to be crafted require 10 points of medical experimentation, atleast to hit the high end meds. Therefore, you can either get a 10 point BE to craft for you or you can become a 0/0/0/4 BE and do it yourself. BTW, the person who crafts has to have the mission to get the schematic, so make sure the 10 poiter you get has village rights to do it. I personally am gonna do it myself. Already have my factories placed and my high end and low end resources ready to go.
Anyway, this is how it worked PRE-CU...anyone have a link showing whether this is the same or has changed.

Okay so Master Medic and 0 0 0 4 in BE
What kinda resources is needed? stats? type? ect
