Thread: Do FS boxes have any effect on your Jedi skills?

As the title says. I'm MBH Mrifleman. Wanna keep those for grinding. I've now got Ranged Speed IV, almost filled the first box of Ranged Accuracy I but I have 3 phases to wait for that. Looking at the other FS boxes I'm assuming defence would be a good thing to get.
My question is. Do these FS boxes relate to your Jedi template? If not, would it be a good idea to get whatever FS boxes you can get in each phase just so that you can unlock your Jedi character? This is assuming they have no relation on your Jedi template they are just a way of either unlocking Jedi or for use with people that don't want Jedi and just want the FS boxes?

Melee Defense & Ranged Defense are obviously valuable to anyone, but denfinatly don't hurt for beginning Initiates & Padi's. Sabers are considered Melee, so Melee Ac. & Melee Speed are suggested.
As far as the last 2, it depends on what your tastes are. The Jedi forums have a lot of talk in old threads about this.
