I did a couple of searches and scrolled through some pages, but I couldn't find an answer so I'll ask:

Are all these FS skills that I'm getting with my grind stacking with my other stats, or are they just a new number in my skill list? For example, I'm a TKM.. if I have the melee speed tree, will I actually be faster or is it just a nice number to look at? I was just wondering if any of this stuff is actually useful.
