Do you hafta earn the abilty to craft the 4th gen lightsaber, or is it up to you what you craft?

you can craft 4th gen at master saber

Generation 4 at Master Lightsaber


Generation 3 at4th level box of Saber type


Generation 2 at 2nd level box of Saber type


Generation 1 for all at Novice Lightsaber


Pre-Novice= Training Saber.
