Thread: How many nades for the entire grind?

How many (Imp or Ther) nades did it take you to grind all the required FS lines? Just want a idea on how may crates to buy!

figure about 1 crate per 300k combat exp....so that=100k FS exp.
7.4M FS exp in all....10 crates per 1M FS exp..... so I'd say 74 crates of nades.
course this can vary, but in my experience it is 1 crate per trade in (sometimes with 5 stacks of nades left over)

is just using nades a practical way of grinding? if so what would you use them on?

If you have the money, nades is the fastest way of grinding.
on my server a crate of termals cost 43k..I don't have a calc handy, but I've spent a few mil on it for the speed factor. keep in mind you'll be doing dmg to yourself too (since nades have splash dmg) so you'll be paying for armor too.
I guess all I can say is if you got the creds, and feel it is worth it for you, then go for it....

1 crate gives more than 300k and i ens up with 10 spare crates of thermals

true, I usually have like 5-8 spares after i cap with one crate.

Let's see... if you're doing what I'm doing (grinding out weapons XP as well), I use about 2/3rds of a crate to get to 210000 XP, at which point I switch over to rifle grinding. If you're just doing combat XP, it's about a crate per 300000 XP.
