Anyone have the date for when the village is suppose to change phases next time?

please check the stickied info on the top of the forums - and the key to all of that is each server hasthe same amount of server UP time - TH said ina post of XXXXXXXX seconds = 3 weeks of server UP time - so each galaxy in on it's own time track so to speak...
