Alright, I rushed into the whole Force Sensitive progession once I hit the village. I was like a giddy school girl and didn't know wth I was doing. Alright, so I talk to Whip (bad mistake) because I don't know what to do. He gives me a quest to rescue villagers from 5 different Sith camps and I complete this quest successfully. I unlock Enhanced Reflexes and I begin to think, "Cool, I'll learn Ranged Defenses I. Yay for me!". Well, the time comes that I have enough XP to learn a new skill and as I talk to the trainer to learn RD1, he says I can only learn Survival I. Uhhh, sure.. I guess I'll train in that? Well, I'm an idiot and I now have a plus in skills that I never use -- camping and foraging.

Do I have to wait a few weeks until a new phase begins so I can take on another quest that unlocks RD1? or perhaps MD1?

Another question.. to become a Jedi Master, would one have to master all the 4 FS branches (Combat Prowess, Enhanced Reflexes, etc.?) Would I, if I truly feel I want to become Jedi, be better off just learning essential FS skills (such as the Melee/Ranged Defenses) and blow off trying to become a Master? After all, I never use Survival skills.

I admit, I'm an idiot about FS, but I want to get better.

Ok here's the answers to all of your questions:

1.You unlocked, not got the xp, for the Enhanced Reflexes Survival tree. This allows you to aquire these skills through regular xp to force sensitive xp conversion.

2. You can only get 1 mission and one tree unlock per phase(every 3 weeks), meaning yes, you must wait.

3. "Jedi Master" as you plainly put it, is in no way aquired through getting all of the force sensitive skills completed. Jedi Initiate is the only result of 6 completed trees in Force Sensitive. Padawan is aquired through the Padawan Trials and so on and so forth.

Jedi and Force Sensitive are very very different.

4. Because Combat Prowess and Enhanced Reflexes both use combat xp as their conversions, you can get 6 of those 8 trees if you wish to. I personally went Melee Speed and Accuracy, Ranged Accuracy, Vehicle Control, Melee Defense, and Ranged Defense.

I hope this helps.

And as said before, the stickies in each different forum are very helpful.

Hi there,

It’s too bad that you seemed to unlocked the wrong branch especially since you’re new to beginning the village quest. However, at the same time this serves as a perfect example that everyone should read the Jedi Path Revamp v1.3 and all other stickies before venturing. The guides have a lot of information that will assist you though your journey to become a Jedi.

The answer to your first question is yes, you will have to wait until the appropriate phase begins in order to unlock the branch you want.

Enhanced Reflexes: Ranged Defense – Occurs in phase III and the NPC quest giver is Dageeein

Combat Prowess: Melee Defense – Occurs in phase IV and the NPC quest giver is Captain Sarguillos.

In case anyone has not mentioned it. You can only take one quest per phase, per village. Meaning that once you have accepted a quest you cannot accept another quest from any other villager even if you have completed the quest you accepted. You also cannot reset a quest to take another quest.

As to your question about becoming a Jedi Master, let’s rephrase this into an answer. In order to even become a Jedi Initiate you must unlock 6 FS branches, be visited by the old man again, and do the exit quest that he gives you as described by the Jedi Revamp Guide. Mastering the FS branches doesn’t have anything to do with becoming a Jedi Master.

As for your last question: Become a Jedi, or just learn the Force Sensitive skills. I feel that this is something that only you can answer. It all depends on which road that you will want to travel. Either way, you’re going to have quite a bit of work to obtain your goal.

Good luck, and may the force be with you,
