WIth 80% kinetic, 70% base full armor (Composite), full buffs, and 800 pt Stim C's, muon gold, pixies, mocha and brandi, an angler pet, a Bantha, and a droid, should I be able to solo this mission in 3 hours?

You should have no problems with the wp's you have to attack at. Those sith are pretty weak. Probably won't even need your pets but then again might want to break them out jic. Just don't go anywhere near the patrol points where there is a good sized mob of sith. There are usually a couple of heavy Sith Taskmasters there that will whoop you. So yes you should be able to solo it no sweat. 3 hours? yeah maybe on the first round. But if you do the 2nd set to get the Banner Reward, that can take 3-4 and sometimes even 5 hours just because of the distance you have to travel.

Yeah, if there are 3 or less Sith then kill them, otherwise just keep going! You'll know because it'll flash on the screen something like..'you notice a raiding party is forming' when 4 or more Sith are there.

I have another question regarding the same mission. I did the missions and got the banner. Do I HAVE to fill the Combat box (Ranged Acc) BEFORE the phase is up? OR can I just fill them it whenever as long as I unlock it during the phase?

All you have to do is unlock the branch. As far as I am aware. Filling the boxes has no time limit.

All you have to do is unlock the branch. As far as I am aware. Filling the boxes has no time limit.
