Thread: What happens if phase shifts while quest is in progress?

I'm in the middle of the "find and kill the sith bases" quests where you have to kill 8 bases but can only do 3 per day (phase 2 quest), and my server is scheduled to shift to phase 3 today. Does anyone know what will happen to my progress on the quest? I'm assuming I just lose it and I'm SOL but I'm curious if anyone knows for sure.
