Thread: Anyone ever tried grinding Image designer XP? =P
Tell me something else plz, lets say i have ID 44xx, how much XP and how fast can i cap that? (--> how fast on myself, how fast on my friend)
with a willing assistant and a good macro its possible to master id from nothing in 3.5 hours
Are you talking about grinding ID points to master ID, or grinding ID points to convert to FS senses exp? It is very fast to master ID by grinding. As far as making FS senses exp, there are probably easier ways.
ID points are exchanged at 15 to 1 for FSS. It would be possible to grind huge numbers of ID points. However, there are easier ways: Dancing and musician (and Music Healing) convert at 10 to 1, and as you probably know require very little conscious attention to the computer to obtain. Merchant points accrue automatically 24/7 as youplace vendors and pay their maintenance, whether you sell anything or not,and they trade at 4 to 1. You dont accrue them as fast as entertainersor ID. A merchant 0004 can have 9 vendors and rack up about 32K merchant--> 8k FS senses a day.
If you traditionally hunt in a group you can accrue beaucoup scout exp (usually with a macro) which trades in at 8 to 1 while you are also gaining your weapons exp.

Well how does Image designer XP go if you have lets say 2 branches in it, anyone ever tried it?
i can't comment on the conversion, and whether or not its worth it to try... however I've mastered ID countless times just 'cause I like being an ID on at least one alt. I can tell ya... as fast as it is to master ID, it's sooooooo boring to grind mindlessly like that. I can't even imagine grinding ID as much as you'll have to in order to fill a FS branch. /shudder But if you really wanna try, definitely get a friend or an alt. You get only half thexp IDing yourself as you would on another person. The cap is 80k so you'll be stuck at the village the entire grind (so your friend will need to be FS as well)unless you wanna make tripsout thereevery half hour
