Thread: The FS combat grind.
For those of you who are also involved in this grind, let me know what you have found most effective.
What I do:
With just a helmet for armor, I grab a solo group, head for Coro buffed and whatnot and do sharnaffs until max.
All response are appreciated.
I can get about 300-500K of FS exp in about 2-3 hours, not bad

It is only a grind if you make it out to be.
Noone is saying you have only a limited time to earn the XP you need to fill the branches and trying to gain it as fast as you possibly can is really just going to burn you out. I too am a bit impatient but not going to make this game out to be worse then a job. I'm sorry but you cannot complain that it's a horrendous grind if it's your choice to burn yourself trying to get the XP requirements in the shortest time possible.
Unless you try to get the Crafting branches consider yourself blessed.
Seriously hunting on Correllia in a solo group? I can see how you are burning yourself out.
Head to the harder planets. Endor,Yavin, Dantooine.
With 1 elite combat profession you can fill a branch capping 1 time per day in 20 days. Since phases are 3 weeks long I don't see how this can be considered grinding.
I had a little Schedule on my grinding and yes i did fall behind but I'm not going to burn myself out trying to catch up with a self imposed schedule.

Have you ever killed a sharnaff? They go down in about three seconds and give 4.5k xp a pop.
