Thread: Can anyone help with crafting mission phase 4 ?

Okay, I made the data tracking device. But when I gotto a ticket droid, I can't ask for data.
I filed a ticket saying "I got the device, I talked to the droid, he doesn't give me a mission".
CSR1 answers in the ticket : talk to the droid (do'h)
CSR2 on chat says : "do a full scan". Didn't help.
CSR3 on chat says : "I beleive that it can only take one player at a time. If someone esle is using it, then you have to wait until it resets, I believe."
Is this true ? Can only ONE person on a server get this mission ?
If so : How are all the crafters gonne be ready with the mission in three weeks ? What if only ONE person get's the data and doesn't do the mission ? I find it VERY hard to believe, but you never know...
I more then one person can do it: How can I reset my mission or something ? Or do I got to wait 9 moreweeks because of this and then hope that it's not bugged then ?

Nope, that CSR is wrong. It's keyed off of your device so I don't see how what they are talking about could be valid.

Well, in chat the CSR said to make a NEW ticket. Did that. Now a CSR replied "we cannot disclose that information", pfffft.

are you pulling up the ticket takers radial? or are you just double-clicking him?

Radial. Only the two usual option : "use" (which goes to the ticket-screen) and "examine".
On an update on the ticket CSR said "try another quest next phase".
Pfffft.

Have you talked to the gadget guy after you have assembled it? Maybe you have to do that before you can get the rights to the satellite from ticket collector.
