I tried going to deejas peak naboo and doing them gungan outpost bases but i couldnt find any anymore info willbbe greatly appreciate

If that fails and no spawns are their, you can get a gungan mission,military I think. Those spawn one falumpset with the base.You can get two or find a static one ,and just leave and come back. May take awhile but you may spend some time looking for a static falumpset spawn.
If you are looking on the POI , check around the Northern end,normally where they are spotted.

Bingo. I did this. Well i went to the sacred place first and saw maybe 3 in 30mins to an hr so i took Gungan destroy missions and they spawn 2 Flumpasets per mission. Just kill the Flumps and move to the next mission and do the same then come back to the first one and 2 more will spawn. It will be cake after that. Just keep doing it
