i completed this task on my jedi because i needed to get melee def on my main, but our guild needs the last part of the statue. Well i know nobody has been getting a reward for the melee quest - but has anyonehad problems gettinga reward for the crafting quest?

When i handed over the core the place was infested with Sith and i had to get away quick - you dont need to do it twice do you?

I sent a ticket in, and it initially looked promising but then they told me to get lost

You are the second person I have seen on this forum with this problem. The first person thought it was b/c they were not an Artisan. I assume you are not either, so there may be some substance to this. What I got fromyour message was thatthe CSR knew what your problem was but is unable to do anything about this b/c of a stupid policy they have for not interfering with the Village quests. This is a policy that must change. You obviously completed the quest. They can tell that you completed the quest. Would it be so hard for them to give you the reward? SOE's customer service is poor, very poor.

i am indeed not master artisan, i paid someone big to get the 4 parts to make the damn tracking device.... thanks for the help...

I completed Phase 4 Crafting, and did not receive a reward, and am not Master Artisan.

After submitting a detailed and explicit CSR report, I got a canned answer for the Phase 3 crafting quest. (Wasn't surprised at all by that).

Then I restated the problem so clearly that a complete bone-head would understand I was talking about phase 4, and got the canned answer that "everything is working as designed".

Since there is no Force Sensitive Correspondent - and since there has never been a Dev post in this forum (it isn't being read by anyone but us) - I'd say we are just simply srcewed.
