Force Sensitive Archive

After just getting the waypoint to the village, I have a question that I have yet to find a definitive answer. Say you convert XP up one branch that you unlocked but only go 2 blocks up that branch when the phase shifts. Do you lose that XP? Or do you have to wait until that particular phase comes up again before continuing to covert XP for that branch?

once you unlock that branch you can train up it regardless of what phase ur server is currently on.
