I was wondering if the modifiers apply to stuff like flame throwers, LLC's, and the like.

last i heard is that this mod is borked and melee speed works on all weapons...but in working order, it should affect all ranged weapons, including the LLC, Flamer, pistols, etc.

Last I checked, Melee Defense worked for LLC's and Flamthrowers...
