is there a walk through anywhare for the quests?, i failed twice and am on quest #11 so i dont wanna have to start all over

ok, well, im on quest 2/16. The rori painter wont spawn for me. Ive reset the quest, ive traveled to numerous planets, I cant get the wp to respawn. Help?

Just keep resetting until it works. Try to get the mission to take place on another planet.
