which planet will he visit me on... is the one i unlcoked on or wut and ... help plz

He will visit you whereever you are.
Even in a private house. 
He came to talk to me while I was fighting 6 Mokk's.
I told him his timing sucked, killed the Mokks and then chatted with him.
It took him 3.5 days before he paid me a visit.
The Sith only took 24hrs after the old man.

The old man came to me at night, when i was sleeping....uh wait a minute..

It dosen't matter what planet you are on. You will receive a visit from the old man. I was hoping from planet to planet when I got a visit on Datooine. I only had to wait about 2 days after I started to glow. However, here area two things to remember.
1. He will not visit you while you are in combat.
2. Even if you ignore him or don't speak to him right away he will still visit you again.
You will be given a crystal and you will see a message explaining that the crystal is used for your quest. After this you will receive a visit from the Sith Shadow. 2 of them. As stated in the guide that is listed for this forum. Defet them and loot them to get the waypoint to the next quest.

not true, he can visit you when you doing mission, just try kill everyone fast coz he can say that dont have time now and will come later
he come to me when i was finishing mission
my bro was fighting too long and old man saidthat he is in hurry and will come later

i saw someone get their visit during a base raid, everyone running around killin each other and out of no where an old man comes running up to this guy .

Thank you for the information. If that is the case they will need to change the advance game guide that they have for the revamp. This is where it came from. Although I suspect that some of it is sketchy being the fact that it also stated something about mastering 6 secret professions under the old system instead of the 8 that I was made aware by customer service. Not really their fault being that sometimes the information does change. Which is why when people are publishing they should also include the sorce of where they get the info.
I think that the main theme is that the old man will visit when someone glows, Sooner or later.

Don't sit (not active) waiting for the old man.
He seems to like to come when players are active.
I was killin little critters outside of Mos Eisly when he came to me, then the sith came an hour later same spot

Very simply he comes when its your time, simplest way, wait 72 hours from when you become glowie take a shuttle to someplace walk 1000-2000m outside the city you shuttled to and if its your time you'll see him.
