Ok Guys, I took a mission from captain saragillo...and here is how it goes. He told me to find an enemy base, disable the shield and capture the captain...well, guess what! No wp, and nothing to use to help me find it. Am I bugged? SOMEONE HELP!

Read the stickies. You need to find a sith spawn near a camp get disks. Take disks back to captain and he turns them into a frequency jammer for a named base. Find the WP on the message boards then head there and kill some pirates and such...

I am the mayor of Landsend, Naboo on Starsider. I post updates to the thread of This Week in Politics almost every week, sometimes I don't since we don't get many new updates.

I need ideas on how to bring new people into our town before we get demoted to outpost status. Over the past two or three weeks, our numbers have dwindled from about 28 citizens to 20 now, and I'm getting very worried about it. If anyone has any ideas, please keep me posted on them.

Thank you.

Hold a city social event, even if it's just hang out in the cantina, and advertize on your server event thread. Make sure you're listed on your server's city thread as well. Try starting an information thread about your city and asking for recruits. Get your name out there and get people interested.

Another thing that's been done successfully is hang out in Mos Eisley and offer newbies a house if they come live with you. I don't like this one myself because it's too easy to get "hit and runs". They may play for a few weeks and you never see them again.

Be a Mayor ... How? I'll tell ya....

A) Ask yourself why you are a mayor and why do you have a town.

B) If your answer to item A) is becuase I want my own shuttleport and the base of my town are my and a firends alts then stop here and prepare to lose the shuttleport.

C) If your answer to item A) is becuase your city and guild run hand in hand or you just want to bring content to SWG then read on...

D) Hold events (.i.e Scavenger Hunts, CLUE, Slave Auctions, Loot Auctions, Pagents, Hunts, Dungeoning with server newbs...etc)

E) Put out a weekly email to your citizens using the citizens feature and let them know what is happening with the city, the guild(s), the enviroment (game), acknowledge key individuals (spread the wealth each week), tell them thank you for keeping you in office and be creative with this weekly newsletter.

F) Roleplay of some extent from time to time.

G) Build a militia out of your veterans and make it a achievable goal to be in the militia when there are openings.

H) Assign roles to key citizens (i.e. Treasurer, Secratary, Communications Officer, Event Coordinator...etc)

I) Hold Guild or City meetings every week or every other week. Hold militia meetings with your Militia Commander and his Militia.

J) Review item A) once a week...and you will prosper.
