Thread: Bugged Sith WP... Need help. Please

To start.. I unlocked Jedi over a year ago pre publish 9.. So I don't need Jedi but I DO want the extra skill mods from the FS trees as well as the rewards.
But the datapad you loot from the first Sith attack for the WP to their camp isn't working. I looted it and thought it was the WP to the village. So 2 weeks after looting it I went to Dath and tried to use only to find out I can't... So I checked the forums to see if I skipped a step, yes I did.
So I went back to Tatooine where I was originall attacked and used the datapad. I got a WP. I drove to the WP but nothing spawned.
Okay.. Maybe this means I waited too long(?) and I'll be attacked by another Sith. No biggie. But it's been weeks on end and I have yet to be attacked, it happened so fast the first time.
Also, my datapad is continously being flooed by WPs to that location on Tatooine. Whenever I try to make a new WP it says there is no room so I have to delete a ton of those WPs only for them to come back every time I log on or reload.
Of course I sent the CSRs a ticket but they respond with some copy/paste response that doesn't even relate to my situation.

Have you tried to go to the waypoint and exit the game for 5 minutes and then log on. It should reload everything. Make sure you're standing when you log.
You probably have tried this, but I thought I'd mention it just in case.

I can confirm that logging out near the waypoint and then logging back in works.
I had the same problem but on Dantooine. I didn't even log out 5 minutes. I logged out, logged right back in and the sith were in the camp.

Thanks all... I'll try that when I get back on.
Are buffs needed? Or will 400/400/800 HAM be enough?

I can also confirm that logging in and out near the waypoint works. Also approach on foot instead of swoop or speeder that finally seem to work on the 3- 4th try for me of relogging.

I did that too once.
Drove the first time then remembered that the old man doesn't visit you if your on mount, or something. So the next day I walked all the way over there over hills and mountains but nothing.
