Any one else having problems getting the old man to come the second time after having a CSR unlock your last FS tree due to the Phase 4 Capt. Sarguillo bug?

A friend of mine was 'fixed' a week ago today. She trained all the xp for her last tree. She's still waiting for her second old man visit, and to top it off, after training all the boxes, she found she still had ~ 1 mill fs xp left over when she should have spent it all. Yet she has the boxes trained.

She's had a CSR ticket in for over 3 days now and no response. She's getting really frustrated and I feel horrible for her, and since she doesn't come to the forums I'm trying to find out if this has happened to anyone else.
