I'm halfway through my first ques in the village.If I don't finish it before the phase change on thursday will I lose out on the mission and all the baddies i already killed.And will I then be another 3 months behind?

well...you'll have to wait until this phase again....but the baddies should stay counted for...

If you do not finish a quest before the phase changes you fail that quest.
You will have to wait for the phase to come back around to get that unlock if you really want it.
