you should check the sticky post at the top, but stay off dath, part of what you need to do will not work if you are on dath and you may think its bugged, you're better off on a starting planet until you get the waypoint for the village on dathomir

Yeah, I don't think it matters what planet you are on. I finally got a visit from him today...twice! I was on Dant. and he decided to come right when i was in a fierce battle with a picket! Then like 15 minutes later right at the shuttleport in Libert Creek he shows up again!! Phew!

He showed up near my house outside of Moenia in Naboo. It may be a coincidence, but the sith also showed up when I was near the same location acouple hours later.

I was on Corellia....running around like a madman...staying near player-cities, as per the guide. I got "jumped" by 5 crazed durnies and in the middle of fighting the Old Dude pops out and starts talking to me. Quite funny, I thought. But many people think, myself included, that combat can act as a trigger for the Oldie. Also make sure you shuttle (not interplanetary)around a lot to player-cities and stuff. That can speed the process up.

oh, another thing you might want to consider, when you get the waypoint for the village, have you weapon xp maxed out and if you are close, max out your combat xp too.

He can come anywhere. But I saw him twice in 15 minutes at a playercity on dant as well as 3 sets of sith spawns at same shuttleport within the same 15 minutes. Of course none of them came for me.....silly old man
