I cant seem to get the SOB over swelling, what gives?


also, do i need bloody cough for primary and secondary? or just either or

if you are a Master BE, you should be able to get to Internal Bleeding as long as you have great resources.BE xxx4may good enough if you have almost perfect resources.


For healing bloody cough, primary or secondary doesn't matter for healing, they both count.

Master BE gets no additonal assembly bonus or experimentation bonus for meds over a 0004 BE
